General Manager: Joe Santo

Joe began climbing in 2017 and has been obsessively pursuing the sport ever since. Since joining the MetroRock Everett team in 2019 he has been involved in all manner of gym happenings, landing in Littleton in early 2020. When not in the gym or at a crag, Joe can be found skiing, running, or fishing in the mountains. He is looking forward to exploring some of the local climbing in the greater Littleton area in the coming months.

Head Setter: Zach Larson (ZEL)

Zach started climbing when he was 5 years old and as a youth climber was on the US National team twice. He began route setting in Everett, MA in 2014 with his brother Josh Larson, who is Head Coach for the USA Climbing team, and the legend himself Dave Wetmore.

As a setter, Zach has created routes for the highest level rope competitions, as he set for the 2019 Rope and Speed Youth Nationals. Zach has also set for our bouldering competition Dark Horse, for the past 6 seasons and has many other competition level sets under his belt.

Besides climbing, he enjoys hiking with his dog Titan and fishing for lunkers (aka large bass). Follow him on Instagram: @Larsony95

Head Coach: Stephanie Chaddock

Steph grew up in Massachusetts, but spends enough time at crags to the north that she calls New Hampshire home. She went climbing for the first time when she was 12 years old at her local gym in Nashua, NH. Ten years later, she began working as a youth coach and there discovered a passion. Steph regularly boulders and sports climbs, and has recently started trad climbing.

She does most of her climbing outdoors at popular New England spots like Pawtuckaway and Rumney, but has also taken trips to Red Rock Canyon in Las Vegas and the Red River Gorge in Kentucky. Those who know her well know that she’s up for climbing rain or shine and is always up to support others in their goals.

In addition to her passion for climbing, Steph loves photography and can be found at the crag photographing her friends and strangers hard at work.

Assistant Manager: Olivia Sergiovanni

Olivia was introduced to climbing 5 years ago while at college in Vermont. Her friend took her to a local crag, and she knew instantly that she found her new favorite way to get outside. She moved to Massachusetts in 2021 and was stoked to find that there was a MetroRock just down the road. She has spent the last year getting to know the area and making new friends at the gym. When she’s not climbing Olivia loves to garden, make art, and hang out with her dogs Molli & Mugen.

Assistant Manager: Adam Forest

3 years ago, Adam was persuaded by his friends to try climbing for the first time at MetroRock and was immediately captivated by the sport. He got a pair of beginner shoes and started pulling hard.

Adam primarily sport climbs but also enjoys pebble wrestling and is learning how to trad climb. He can often be found climbing at the gym or punting off of whatever project he’s currently working at Rumney. Adam has also gone on numerous trips to the Red River Gorge and is always yearning to go back.

Adams hobbies outside of climbing include hiking, photography, eating Harpoon Pretzels, and golfing.

Adam’s life long goal is to get Head Routesetter Zach Larson to climb outside with him.
