Steph first discovered climbing at 12 in her local gym in Nashua, NH, but it wasn’t until college that she truly fell in love with the sport.
Six months later, she began coaching and has spent the last 9 years helping climbers of all ages grow both on and off the wall. She’s passionate about creating a supportive space where athletes can learn, grow, and have fun.
Steph is also an experienced routesetter who loves creating climbs that challenge skills while remaining accessible and inspiring to newcomers.

Olivia was introduced to climbing 7 years ago while at college in Vermont. Her friend took her to a local crag, and she knew instantly that she found her new favorite way to get outside! She moved to Massachusetts in 2021 and was stoked to find that there was a MetroRock just down the road. Since moving here, she's enjoyed exploring the nearby climbing areas and making friends at the gym.
When she's not climbing, Olivia likes gardening, making art, and going for bike rides!
