Meet The Team!

Adam is the General Manager of MetroRock Littleton, bringing years of leadership and a deep passion for the outdoors to the role. Since joining the MetroRock team, Adam has worn many hats, starting as the Summer Camp Director, Routesetter, moving into the role Assistant Manager, and now leading the gym as General Manager. With five years of climbing experience, Adam is an all-around adventurer who enjoys bouldering, sport, trad, and ice climbing.
Outside of climbing, Adam’s love for the outdoors doesn’t stop. He’s an avid hiker and backpacker, often found biking local trails, slacklining, or capturing moments through his camera lens. When he’s not playing in the woods, Adam enjoys playing D&D with friends, playing videogames and golfing.

Steph first discovered climbing at 12 in her local gym in Nashua, NH, but it wasn’t until college that she truly fell in love with the sport.
Six months later, she began coaching and has spent the last 9 years helping climbers of all ages grow both on and off the wall. She’s passionate about creating a supportive space where athletes can learn, grow, and have fun.
Steph is also an experienced routesetter who loves creating climbs that challenge skills while remaining accessible and inspiring to newcomers.

Olivia was first introduced to climbing while attending college in Vermont, and she knew instantly that she found her new favorite way to get outside! She moved to Massachusetts in 2021 and was stoked to find that there was a MetroRock just down the road.
Since then, she’s enjoyed climbing outside at all the classic New England spots.
When she's not climbing, Olivia likes gardening, making things with yarn, and hanging out with her cat.
