Looking for a special way to celebrate an event? Choose the party that they will talk about for months!
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be with your group every step of the way to ensure a great time is had by all. All instructors and equipment rentals are included, as well as use of our party area! Bring your own food and decorations and let the fun begin!

$220 DEPOSIT - COVERS THE FIRST 6 CLIMBERS

NOTE:
PARTIES ARE CAPPED AT 15 TOTAL PARTICIPANTS!
If you arrive for your party with more than 15 participants, the charge per additional participant is $50/person and there is a $200 fee.

What is included with the party?
Our party package includes 2 hours of climbing, use of our reserved party area, 2-3 staff members to assist & belay the climbers, and all climbing gear you’ll need! We do not provide any food, drinks, utensils, or paper products.
What is the flow of events during a party?
As guests arrive we will have them check in at the front desk to ensure they have valid waivers. They will get fitted for climbing shoes and harnesses, then given a detailed orientation by our staff. Participants will then be able to climb for the remainder of the time, with the option to break for food, cake, etc. in the last 30 minutes.
When can I arrive to set up the party area?
You are able to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start time of your party to set up.
Can I book a party during a day/time not listed?
Unfortunately we can not accommodate any parties outside of our offered party times.
Required Forms!
We require a legal waiver for everyone entering our facility, climbers and spectators alike. All participants under the age of 18 must have a completed waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian! Please make sure that everyone comes with one, or they will not be able to participate!

Please select the maximum number of participants you’ll be inviting while booking. You will only be charged for climbers that attend!
A final headcount is required 2 weeks prior to the date of the event.

Cancellations:
A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the start of the program. If cancellation is made less than 21 days before the program we will apply the deposit as a credit towards a future program. No refund will be given to "no shows."
