Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be with your group every step of the way to ensure a great time is had by all. Spend the full 2 hours climbing, or take a break for cake in our party area. Bring your own food and decorations and let the fun begin!

Party FAQs

Our party package includes 2 hours of climbing, use of our reserved party area, 2-3 staff members to assist & belay the climbers, and all climbing gear you’ll need! We do not provide any food, drinks, utensils, or paper products.

As guests arrive we will have them check in at the front desk to ensure they have valid waivers. They will get fitted for climbing shoes and harnesses, then given a detailed orientation by our staff. Participants will then be able to climb for the remainder of the time, with the option to break for food, cake, etc. in the last 30 minutes.

You are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start time to set up in the party area.

We can not currently accommodate parties Monday-Friday.

We can not accommodate parties larger than 15 climbers during our standard party times.

Parents are more than welcome to stay for the party, but it is not required. Our staff will provide active and direct supervision to all climbers in attendance.

We require a legal waiver for everyone entering our facility including climbers, as well as parents & spectators.
For minors under the age of 18, this waiver must be completed by their legal guardian!
Anyone without a completed waiver will not be allowed to enter the facility.
When booking your party, please select the maximum amount of participants that you will be inviting to ensure we can provide adequate staffing. You may adjust this headcount up until 2 weeks prior to the date of the event.
We can not accommodate increases in participant count within 2 weeks of the date of your event!

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the start of the program. If cancellation is made less than 21 days before the program we will apply the deposit as a credit towards a future program. No refunds or credits will be given within 7 days of the event.
