INTRO TO TOP ROPE BELAY CLASS

At the end of this class you will:

• Know how to use a harness and belay device

• Be able to tie in with a figure 8 follow-through, plus a fisherman's backup

• Belay using a locking carabiner angd ATC to confidently keep your climbing partner safe

• Know how to communicate with your climbing partner

Must be 14 years or older to participate!

Introduction to Top Rope Belay is a one time class for beginners looking to take the first steps to get into top rope climbing, or for climbers needing to refresh their skills.
