Update Payment Information or Withdraw from a Program

Please note: To officially withdraw from a program that is billed on a monthly basis, written notice must be submitted using the form below no later than the 15th of the month prior to withdrawal. 

For example, if you want to stop participating in a program in January, the request must be submitted no later that December 15th. Failure to do so by the 15th of the month prior to team withdrawal will result in dues being processed as usual for the upcoming month and terminated for the month following.

    1. Select your home gym (Littleton)

    2. Enter the name of the program participant.

    3. If you are updating billing for multiple participants, select “include additional family member”.

    4. Fill out the Contact Information section.

    5. Under Change Request select, “Update payment information on accountand follow the on screen prompt.

    6. Submit Request

  • (this will not cancel your recurring monthly membership and it will still be billed each month)

    1. Select your home gym (Littleton)

    2. Enter the name of the program participant.

    3. If you are canceling for multiple participants, select “include additional family member”.

    4. Fill out the Contact Information section.

    5. Under Change Request select, “Other request”.

    6. Under Additional Comments write that you are ONLY canceling monthly team dues.

    7. Submit Request here

  • (This will lock in your current membership rate - Team Members do not incur a Freeze Fee)

    1. Select your home gym (Littleton)

    2. Enter the name of the program participant.

    3. If you are canceling for multiple participants, select “include additional family member”.

    4. Fill out the Contact Information section.

    5. Under Change Request select, “Freeze recurring monthly membership” and follow the on screen prompt.

    6. Under Additional Comments write that you are also canceling monthly team dues.

  • (this will not lock in your current membership rate)

    1. Select your home gym (Littleton)

    2. Enter the name of the program participant.

    3. If you are canceling for multiple participants, select “include additional family member”.

    4. Fill out the Contact Information section.

    5. Under Change Request select, “Cancel/terminate recurring monthly membership” and follow the on screen prompt.

    6. Under Additional Comments write that you are also canceling monthly team dues.

    7. Submit Request
