  • Training emphasizes discipline-specific skill development, physical preparation, and competition readiness.

  • 6 hours of Instruction a week

  • Focus on Bouldering, Lead, and Speed climbing

  • 1:6 Coaching Ratio

High Performance Team

  • Designed for dedicated high-performance athletes preparing for elite-level competition.

  • Intended for climbers with previous competition experience at Divisional and/or National-level events.

  • Focused on advanced competition strategies, movement refinement, mental performance, and event-specific preparation.

  • 9 hours of Instruction a week
